These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of beeghee.co (the "Site") and any purchase of products from Beeghee Inc. ("Beeghee," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Who We Are
Beeghee Inc. produces hive-fermented bee bread superfoods, hand-crafted in Veracruz, México, and sold through beeghee.co and authorized retailers. Beeghee®, Hive Fermentation™, Hive-Fermented™, The Fifth Ferment™, and Florageprint™ are trademarks or registered trademarks of Beeghee Inc.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method chosen.
3. Products & Descriptions
Beeghee products are living, naturally fermented foods. Because each batch reflects its seasonal floral source, color, flavor, and texture may vary slightly between jars. We work to describe and photograph products accurately, but images are illustrative and actual products may differ. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice.
4. Orders & Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability, and a confirmation email does not by itself constitute acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion — for example, if a product is unavailable, if there is an error in pricing or description, or if we suspect fraud — and will refund any amount already charged for a cancelled order.
5. Pricing & Payment
Prices are shown on the Site in U.S. dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise and are subject to change. You are responsible for any applicable sales tax, duties, or fees. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; by submitting a payment you authorize us and Stripe to charge your chosen payment method for the total order amount. We make reasonable efforts to ensure prices are accurate but are not bound by obvious typographical or pricing errors.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We ship from MĂ©xico to available destinations across North America and beyond. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges assessed by the destination country. If a shipment is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us so we can help resolve it.
7. Returns & Refunds
Because our products are perishable, living foods, we generally cannot accept returns of opened or consumed products for health and safety reasons. However, your satisfaction matters to us:
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
- If a shipment is lost in transit, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier and make it right.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe. This policy does not limit any non-waivable statutory consumer rights you may have.
8. Health, Food Safety & Product Disclaimer
Beeghee is a food product, not a medicine. These statements have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Information on the Site is for general educational purposes and is not medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before changing your diet, especially if you are pregnant or nursing, immunocompromised, or have a medical condition or allergy. Our products are made from bee-derived ingredients (including pollen and honey) and may not be suitable for people with related allergies; infants under 12 months should not consume honey-containing products. Use products as directed and check the label for ingredients and storage instructions.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and the Beeghee marks — is owned by or licensed to Beeghee Inc. and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content or trademarks without our prior written permission, except as reasonably necessary to view the Site or use our products.

- Break any applicable law or infringe the rights of others.

11. WhatsApp & Communications
We may communicate with you by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or our messaging assistant to support your orders and, where you have opted in, for marketing.
